I'm loving it!!!

i'm trying my best to get this beast tamed!!! my indian friend is helping me get the pictures into the blog!! but only some of them!!! not easy!!! but just to give you an idea!
This is such a great adventure!!!! the meditation was so good!!! but verry painful!!! it wasn't esasy to get up at 4am and be meditating at 4.30am for 2 straight hours!!!!! but we managed!!! especially because with this technique is not about visualization or chanting!!but observing reality as it is!!! so wether is pain you are observing or good feeling you have to maintain equanimity and not react!!!! very well and good but very difficult work!!! our practice consisted in almost 12h!!!! my goodness!!! without talking or smiling!!! talking i could manage but smiling no... but they saud i brought great energy to the place!!!! ;-)

Hey everyone!!!! this is me writing from india already!!!! VARANASI!!!!! no pictures yet but all from Nepal!!!! What a trip!!!!! not on my own! with this really cool french girl called Olivia!! She's been my angel!! as a trip w me is always a handful!!! and obviously, 'lost' my credit card!!!! lol lol but the meditation gave me a few ticks not to panic!!! no... no drugs!!!! lol lol
